Prices and information

All the prices listed are inclusive and excluding VAT and subject to obvious programming and typing errors. We are not liable for (colour) variations due to screen quality. The prices are exclusive of shipping costs. If any shipping costs are charged, this will be stated clearly and well before the agreement is concluded.

Performance of the agreement

Well before the agreement is concluded, information will be posted on the website which clearly describes the manner in which and the term within which the order will be delivered. Orders will in any case be delivered within 30 days. If certain goods cannot be delivered (on time), you will be informed of that. In such case, you can either agree to the new delivery date or the alternative offered, or terminate the agreement free of charge.

Estimated Delivery time:

Please note: All the products will be ordered from our trusted supplies. The usual delivery time to yourself is displayed on the website. Once your order is placed you will shortly receive a notification if there are any delays with the supplier.

Typically 3-5 days, supplier stock level dependent. Please contact us with your desired product code and we will get back to you with a specific lead time.

Due to Covid we are occasionally experiencing further delays in supply of goods. If you need your products urgently then please ensure you check stock with us prior to placing your order.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

 

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may ask us to send you a cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

 

Payment

The payment must be made using the payment method specified during the order process and – where applicable – on the website. If you fail to meet the payment obligation, we will inform you of this and allow you another 14 days to meet the payment obligation. If you fail to pay within this 14-day term, you will owe statutory interest on the amount owed and we will be entitled to charge any extrajudicial collection costs incurred to you.

We accept PayPal as well as all major credit & Debit cards. Select your preferred method of payment at checkout.

CREDIT & DEBIT CARD

Convenient and secure: Payment is debited directly from your card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro or American Express). You simply need to enter your card number, expiry date and card security code. This data is transmitted directly to the payment platform BS PAYONE GmbH using a secure 128-bit SSL encryption.

 

Your card should be registered for a security authentication method (Verified by VISA, MasterCard SecureCode, Maestro SecureCode, American Express SafeKey) which functions with a personal security code between you and your bank.

 

The purchase amount gets reserved on the card when we receive your order. The card is then charged as soon as the goods have been shipped.

(Please note: Some debit cards might not be accepted by our shop. Contact our customer service if there are any difficulties.)

 

This simple and fast form of payment is, of course, completely free of charge.

PAYPAL

Paying with PayPal is simple, quick and secure. Simply choose PayPal as your desired method of payment when placing your order, then log in to your personal PayPal account with your e-mail address and your PayPal password and confirm the payment.

If you opt for PayPal Express, you will be redirected to PayPal from our shopping basket page and can log in with your account details. Please double-check your address details before continuing. You can then check and confirm your order on our order confirmation page. We will receive an immediate payment confirmation from PayPal and can start processing your order straight away.

You don’t have a PayPal account? You can register your bank account with PayPal in just a few mouse clicks. Paying with PayPal is always free of charge on our website.
